Lessons from wasted effort: Relapse due to laxity and the five root causes of all ills in the "health regimen".

Fifth, all our efforts were in vain.

(a) I gained 10 kilograms as soon as I relaxed a little.

Many people who "cannot lose weight" do so because they lack perseverance. They give up halfway through their plans, and once they give up, they quickly gain several kilograms.

As far as current weight loss methods are concerned, there is no way to lose weight and never gain it back; no one can guarantee that. If there were, it's very likely that forcing yourself to lose weight would harm your health, while you mistakenly believe you've "become someone who will never gain weight again," which is very dangerous.

Healthy people who have previously tried to lose weight will quickly regain the weight once they return to their normal lives, and the rate of weight gain will be much faster than the rate of weight loss. Some people gain 10 kilograms in a week.

The right way to lose weight requires perseverance. Once you've decided to lose weight, you should resist any temptations, especially unhealthy eating habits. Of course, this is not easy. Most people, once they've reached their ideal weight, feel comfortable drinking alcohol, eating snacks, or even overeating to compensate for the dieting they endured. The result is predictable: all their previous efforts are wasted.

Many weight loss methods only mention how to help you eliminate excess fat, and once you've actually lost weight, they consider it a success. They don't provide guidance on how to maintain that weight loss, which is incorrect. Therefore, the success of those who do lose weight is likely temporary; they soon gain it back, and losing weight again becomes very difficult. So, this is something to be mindful of when choosing a weight loss method.

(ii) Eat more and move your body more.

To maintain a beautiful and healthy appearance, it's important to cultivate good lifestyle habits, which stem from the right mindset. For example, you can eat whatever you want without any restrictions, but avoid sweets and fatty foods that easily lead to weight gain.

Furthermore, if you regularly keep track of your work activities, food intake, and exercise levels, these records can help you identify the reasons for weight gain and make it easy to find corrective measures based on those reasons.

According to Wada's training method, people who have gained more than 2 kilograms can see results in less than a week by implementing Wada's weight loss method.

If you simply want to maintain your current weight and figure, then proper diet and exercise are still essential. You don't need to deliberately reduce or increase your food intake; chew your food thoroughly and avoid overeating-about 80% full is enough. Rest briefly after meals. Also, try to move your body as much as possible.

Maintaining a normal weight also requires attention to daily bowel movements.

People prone to constipation often have problems with nutrient absorption. When excretion is impaired, accumulated stool in the intestines can easily lead to illness. Maintaining normal gastrointestinal function is a major cause of health and a key to weight control. It's important to emphasize that maintaining good bowel movements does not mean using laxatives, as this violates normal physiological functions and should not be attempted lightly.

Chapter Two: The Amazing Effects and Proof of the Wada Method for Weight Loss

I. Why is the Wada method of weight loss effective?

(I) My Experience with the Troubles of Being 80 Kilograms

The Wada method of weight loss is based on my own experience. Initially, it was because I was overweight, and I tried many methods to lose weight.

In my youth, I was proud of the physique I had built through exercise. However, after turning 30, due to neglect, I gradually gained weight. My ideal weight was 60 kilograms, but for a period of time, I even reached 82 kilograms and developed some ailments such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

At this point, I realized that this couldn't go on. So I started dieting and swimming, but it didn't help. Later, I switched to indoor exercise and started weightlifting. Since I had studied physiology and eugenics before, I started experimenting on myself, recording my exercise, diet, and lifestyle in detail every day. After a month, I lost 3 kilograms, and after six months, I lost 10 kilograms. During this time, some of my health problems gradually disappeared.

From the records, I extracted some basic theories about weight loss. For example, it's possible to lose weight regardless of what you eat, and appropriate exercise can result in a partial weight loss of 1.5 kg. After continuous research and revision, I finally developed the Wada-style weight loss theory.

(II) How is it different from other weight loss methods?

The biggest difference between the Wada method and other weight loss methods is that the Wada method absolutely does not force the body to do unreasonable or physiologically harmful activities. In fact, as long as you follow the body's natural rhythm, you can lose weight beautifully.

As mentioned earlier, most people who want to lose weight firmly believe that "being fat is because you eat too much." So they try all sorts of dieting methods.

But now everyone knows that dieting is not very effective for losing weight, and even if you lose weight temporarily, you will quickly regain your original obese body as soon as you stop dieting.

In worse situations, they might even become heavier than before. This is because obese people's stomachs are usually healthy, and they get ample rest during dieting. Once they stop dieting and start eating again, their digestive and absorption abilities are even stronger. Moreover, suppressing their appetite for a long time means that when that suppression is released, the resistance is stronger, and they may end up eating even more.

In addition, we also know that exercising to burn calories is not very effective.

The Wada method of weight loss is completely different from the methods mentioned above, yet it is more effective. Furthermore, because the Wada method is based on daily life and bodily functions, it is not strenuous or difficult to implement, and instead, it makes people more energetic.

And because its method is very simple, people of any age can live easily and maintain a healthy figure.

(III) Five essential rhythms in a weight loss method

Figuring, in English, originally means appearance or physique. I interpret it as "body shape improvement," which means "a lifestyle that creates a balanced and beautiful figure."

Simply put, the goal is to eliminate excess fat and create new, youthful cells, resulting in a balanced and healthy overall appearance in addition to weight loss.

The Wada method of weight loss is designed to maximize the effect of body shape improvement, and is carried out in five rhythms of daily life, with each week as a unit.

These five rhythms are:

(1) Diet: A special dietary therapy using a nine-dish menu.

(2) Gymnastics: Perform internal effects exercises correctly once a week to elicit an appropriate response from the body.

(3) Bathing: A 45-minute bathing method to promote skin metabolism.

(4) Work: Engage in extrinsic exercise with a relaxed mindset that does not lead to excessive fatigue.

(5) Rest: During the period when the internal organs are recovering from fatigue, replenish nutrients to create new tissues and take care not to put any more stress on them.

To achieve a graceful lifestyle, you need to follow these five basic rhythms without using any auxiliary equipment or enduring unnecessary pain.

(iv) Anyone who is determined to get rid of excess fat can do it.

In today's society, the obese population's pursuit of weight loss has almost become a trend. Young women eat only salads to stay slim; working people starve themselves for fear of developing lifestyle diseases and adult-onset diseases... and so on. "Obesity" has truly become a topic of concern for people from all walks of life.

Forcing growing children to diet is wrong; it can lead to stunted growth or even danger. However, if they don't lose weight, they will become overweight later in life. Working people need ample energy to cope with their work every day; inappropriate weight loss methods may cause them to lose motivation, which is even more counterproductive.

The Wada diet is designed based on each individual's circumstances and lifestyle, therefore, it does not force anyone. For example, the diet of an elementary school student is naturally different from that of a young woman.

Losing as much weight as you want-isn't that wonderful? As long as your goals are reasonable and you follow the instructions, those unwanted fats can definitely be eliminated, restoring your youthful and healthy figure.
