II. Examples of overcoming the troubles of obesity

(a) A beautiful woman who is physically and mentally healthy

For every woman, obesity is a major threat. Many women who were originally unremarkable transform themselves into beauties after a period of weight loss training. Many people can relate to this. Most men find women with graceful figures most attractive. The generally accepted standard of beauty today is no longer based on features like big eyes, a small mouth, or an oval face, but rather on a holistic evaluation. Besides temperament and appearance, a healthy and fit physique is even more important.

No wonder so many women are desperately trying to lose weight. Being overweight not only affects body shape but also easily leads to adult-onset diseases. For example:

☆ Several scar-like stripes appear on the thighs or waist/abdomen. This condition is called linear atrophy and is caused by excess fat. Many women are bothered by these unsightly stripes when wearing clothes or swimwear.

☆ Dark-colored calluses or warts grow on the upper arm.

☆Symptoms of atopic dermatitis on the face include swelling and pain.

☆Irregular menstruation.

☆Constipation.

☆Discomfort during sexual activity.

☆Migraine.

☆ Nervous shoulder pain.

These problems can all be eliminated using the Wada method of weight loss.

Living a healthy and comfortable life is truly one of the greatest joys in life, so it is wise to eliminate any ailments as soon as possible.

(II) Losing 20 kilograms brought me both physical and mental well-being.

Mrs. A, 30 years old, is 154 cm tall and weighs 75 kg. After losing weight, she weighs 55 kg, her waist circumference has decreased by 18 cm, her lower abdomen by 18.5 cm, and her thigh circumference by more than 13 cm. Mrs. A happily said, "Before, I had to look for extra-large sizes when buying clothes, but now I can wear medium sizes. Losing 20 kg makes me feel much lighter."

Mrs. B is a mother of two. After giving birth to her second child, she was too busy with housework and raising her children to pay much attention to her postpartum figure, and her stomach and lower abdomen became increasingly obese. Under the guidance of the Wada's Weight Loss Class, she regained her original figure, and her happy mood made her look much younger.

Losing weight isn't just about beauty. For overweight people, losing 1 kilogram can extend their lifespan by 1 year, as was the case with Mrs. A and Mrs. B.

Mrs. C, 34, felt deeply hurt after hearing her elementary school-aged daughter say, "Mom, you're too fat!" She understood her daughter's feelings; at the parent-teacher conference, all the other mothers were young and beautiful, while she, though not old, looked several years older because of her weight gain. (III) Losing weight made me slimmer and more beautiful

Another example is Ms. W, a young woman who studied at university and then started working in a company. Initially, due to unfamiliarity with the area and her introverted personality, she often locked herself in her room, watching TV and snacking to pass the time. Ms. W, who is 146 cm tall, was originally petite, but now, simply because she eats too much and doesn't exercise, she has gained weight to 52 kg, looking like a round ball. She doesn't like this nickname at all, but there's nothing she can do about it. Recently, she decided to get married and has resolved to lose weight so that she can fit into her wedding dress with her ideal figure.

Ms. W's weight loss results were quite remarkable. Her waist quickly decreased by 13.5 inches, and she also lost a significant amount of weight. However, there were still some areas she wasn't satisfied with; she felt her legs were still too thick. So, I designed several leg exercise programs for targeted training. In the end, her thigh circumference also decreased by about 10 centimeters. At this point, she was extremely satisfied with her figure!

The petite, lovely-faced young lady, dressed in her carefully chosen white wedding gown, nestled beside her beloved life partner; she was the happiest and most joyful bride.

(iv) Persist in losing weight and regaining a healthy figure.

29-year-old Shumei was a volleyball player on her university team. Due to the frequent and intense training, coupled with her teenage years and puberty, she had a huge appetite, eating rice and pastries without any problem. After starting high school, she stopped playing volleyball, but her eating habit didn't change. She quickly gained weight, exceeding 60 kilograms, and never lost weight again. She only started to worry when she decided to get married because she couldn't find a dress that fit. So she hastily dieted for a while, managing to fit into a dress for the wedding.

After marriage, she noticed her husband frequently staring at women with great figures. Although he didn't say anything, she understood, so she resolved to lose weight. She tried everything-pills, diets, exercise-but her figure remained unchanged. Almost in despair, she heard about the Wada Weight Loss Class and enrolled, just to give it a try.

When she first came in, Shumei had a bust of 93 cm, a waist of 72 cm, and weighed 62 kg. After six weeks of training, her weight dropped to 57.5 kg, her thigh circumference decreased by 5 cm, her waist became thinner, and her bust naturally became fuller. She now had a figure to be proud of.

(v) I'm no longer afraid to wear sleeveless dresses.

26-year-old Zemei used to have an ideal figure of 165.8 cm tall and 56 kg, but since giving birth, her weight has increased to 70 kg.

She didn't experience any fear during her pregnancy, but her appetite was exceptionally large. She thought it was okay to eat more for herself and her baby, and she would lose weight after giving birth. That's why she ate so much without restraint, reaching 70 kilograms. After giving birth, she did exercise to lose weight, but only managed to lose 3.6 kilograms.

At her mother's urging, she also enrolled in the Wada-style weight loss training class.

Three months later, she lost 10 kilograms, which brought her very close to her ideal weight.

Her upper arms have become much more even, which is what she is most satisfied with, because she once happily said: "In the summer, I can happily wear sleeveless dresses without worrying about the fat on my arms."
