These cellulite and large lumps mostly attach to women's thighs, buttocks, and forearms. The skin in these areas is bumpy and wrinkles like orange peel when you squeeze or press on it. This indicates a blockage in your body, a sign of obesity. Obesity is a major problem troubling millions of women worldwide today. So, first, how can you tell if you have obesity? A major characteristic of obesity is the appearance of bumpy skin. If you see bumps on your legs when you stand up, then your legs are likely obese. Another characteristic of obesity is that the affected area feels cold to the touch, due to poor circulation in that area. Additionally, the skin in the affected area is usually lighter than the skin on other parts of the body and doesn't tan easily. If you pinch a fat spot on your forearm, you'll see that the skin bulges up, and the pain is usually not very intense.
This means that these fat cells have become waterlogged, and if possible, these cells will turn into very hard granules. If you have obesity, you should do everything you can to eliminate it, because obesity means your body is in a state of poisoning. If left untreated, it can lead to more serious conditions such as arthritis and permanent edema.
